In order to standardize the entrusted production of drugs and ensure the quality of drug production, on November 8, the State Bureau of Drug Control issued the Provisions on the Administration of Pharmaceutical Commissioned Production Approval(Consultation Draft), which established regulations on the management of drug entrusted production approval, and strengthened the technical requirements for the approval of drug entrusted production. The legal responsibility for clarifying the quality of drugs shall be borne by the client.
